ERP Software Solutions

Our ERP software package is different. Enterprise 21 is an ERP software package specifically designed for small to mid-market manufacturers and distributors. It is a fully-integrated, functionally rich ERP system that provides a complete solution set for the entire organization. With TGI’s Enterprise 21 ERP software, it’s all in there.

Technology Group International customers range from small businesses to large multi-national enterprises with annual revenues in the $1 billion range and more than 700 users, which are comprised of multiple legal entities and locations. Although TGI’s primary business focus is the small to medium size business market (SMB), TGI does offer a special program tailored to meet the needs of small businesses with less than ten concurrent users.

TGI’s Enterprise Series is a fully-integrated suite of products consisting of:

  • Enterprise 21: A complete ERP system which encompasses all aspects of manufacturing, distribution, customer relationship management, and accounting. 
  • Enterprise WMS: A full-featured warehouse management system.
  • Enterprise DSS: A complete decision support and executive information system.
  • eCom21: E-commerce software enabling both B2B and B2C interaction.

A Unique Business Philosophy

First, we encourage you to compare TGI, and the features, functionality and value proposition of our ERP software against our competition. To help facilitate this evaluation process, we have developed a free Software Selection Tool Kit. Newly updated in 2008, this tool kit is the perfect reference guide for successful technology evaluation projects.

Second, we provide every customer with a no-risk software acceptance period. During this period, should you find that there is any feature or function of the software that was misrepresented to you during the sales process, or that you were misled in any manner regarding the capabilities of the ERP system during the evaluation process, we will refund 100% of the price you paid for the software, no questions asked.

Third, because we believe that you should not be compelled to do business with us after your ERP software is fully-implemented simply because you purchased our software, we provide each and every customer with full application source code at no additional cost and make annual maintenance an option, not a requirement.

Finally, we believe maintenance charges should not be based upon the list price of the software, and that maintenance should begin only after you have started deriving real value from the ERP system. As a result, when you purchase ERP software from TGI, annual maintenance is free for the first year from the date of software installation. After that, annual maintenance is based upon a percentage of the actual price you paid for the software. This percentage has remained at 15% since we started doing business in 1990.
