TGI Hosts Record Attendance at Annual Users Conference
Toledo, OH – May 22, 2012 – Technology Group International (TGI), an industry-leading distribution and manufacturing software solutions provider, hosted a record number of customers at its annual users conference earlier this month in Denver, Colorado. TGI’s annual users conference consisted of a day and a half of training seminars and best practice workshops, followed by another day of new product introductions and customer feedback sessions.
While at the conference, TGI unveiled dozens of new features for its award-winning Enterprise 21 ERP system, including enhanced EDI processing, hundreds of updates to E21 Analytics, a web-based business intelligence and executive dashboard tool, major updates to its Enterprise 21 CRM application, a new smartphone application, and new, easy-to-use report writing tools. The updates are part of Enterprise 21 version 8.1, scheduled for release in October 2012.
TGI Vice President of New Technology Development, Bob Goldstine, stated, “The 2012 users conference was a very important conference for us and our customers. We have been hard at work on several new tools for Enterprise 21 in the past twelve to eighteen months, and it was great to be able to share these enhanced features with our customers. The response and feedback we received from our customer base was overwhelmingly positive.”
