As part of TEC's ongoing education series, senior analyst Dylan Persaud compared Oracle's EnterpriseOne with TGI's Enterprise 21. The results were based on the most recent request for information (RFI) data supplied by TGI and Oracle. The RFI consisted of 3,414 functional criteria from TEC's ERP - Distribution Evaluation Center.
TEC's analysis and scoring covered a wide range of functionality from a complete ERP system to specific functional segments such as supply chain management and distribution process management. In addition to TGI's overall high performance, Enterprise 21 excelled in the areas of warehouse management and web commerce.
